Yeah. Id just move this discussion to the public staff board and go ahead and continue removing those. I'm sure none of us particularly care but it's too risky to be having that especially with school starting soon and such.
Most of the people are probably testing our limits for the heck of it. Just remove them and let them know that this is a work safe forum and that content like that is not allowed in sigs or avatars.
More this discussion about the sigs and avas to the public forum. It's not like it should be a secret.
