DoomGuy (And by extension the hypothetical Master Chief) have always been off-limits I figured because of their realistic enough looking weaponry.  Chief though's got at least a good enough loophole in that Halo's Covenent weaponry is equally well known and fake sci-fi looking enough that they can get away with just loading him up with that stuff and an Energy Sword and he's good to go.  DoomGuy's MUCH more attached to his Super Shotgun and chainsaw.  Also kinda have to make his Final Smash the BFG 9000, yet also can't just use that name with this game's rating

But now here we are at Smash Ulitmate and Bayonetta's using real looking if colorful handguns and you got a bunch of Spirits with guns, one of the highest ranking ones being MGSV's Big Boss with a real rifle front and center, so I guess whatever tiptoeing was going on prior that kept Snake from using his guns outside explosive ordinance has been ignored.

Not necessarily, but Minecraft and Fortnite is absolute complete and utter CANCER and they did NOT deserve that popularity in the first place!
Of course, Fortnite is worse because unlike Minecraft, where only the community is a big problem (but still a big problem because Minecraft is very community-focused), both Fortnite itself and the community surrounding Fortnite is the biggest cesspool of cringe, cancer and autism I have ever seen on this planet. The only thing that tops Fortnite in that regard is Roblox, but...yeah, let's not talk about Roblox, okay?

BTW, can anyone confirm if 9.9 also requires no continues at all? I haven't gone too much into it, but I've had to use tickets for continues and I always get to 9.8 no matter how high the intensity was before.

I'm still not sure what the trick is that separates getting a 9.9 instead of a 9.8.  I've only gotten 9.9 with Dark Samus, but plenty of 9.8 wins with Link, Young Link, Samus, and Pokémon Trainer.  Pretty sure I do around the same level of accomplishment, quick wins, no deaths, collect as much as you can in the mini-game.

Oh boy, they're putting another DBZ character on Death Battle.  I can't wait for all the Dragon Ball fanboys throw another huge shit fit regardless of the result because Screw Attack had the audacity to suggest that something from Dragon Ball is not the strongest/fastest/greatest/coolest thing that has ever existed in the history of everything.  Like they do every.  Freaking.  Time.

Having reviewed the "leaks", yeah, I'll be filing this one under the pinch of salt pile.
