I personally agree with this. Though on my end I personally think it is the best Street Fighter game because it's so outlandishly hilarious, filled with secrets, and I really like the aesthetic compared to the rest of the franchise. Every stage taking place on Bison's island as opposed to the "world fighting tournament" setup.

That version you are thinking of is MK vs. SF Scorpion by ESFAndy011, there is another spear happy Scorpion named "Bloody Scorpion" by "bleed" that has a wide and original variety of spear moves too, like spinning it as an AOE move or dragging foes with it through the air.

Does anyone know anymore edits of Seth from KoF that are either sprite edits of him, or give him vastly different moves? Non-KoF accurate gameplay versions would be awesome too. So far I have Duester by Lifeend, the Dr. Yang series, and Manute by Rei, curious if there's anymore like them.

Insufficient skill? This work is phenomenal. I could not fathom what trials you had to undergo to make it to this point, but I wish the best of luck for this project. Haven't even watched any of his videos in years but hoping this can come to fruition.

Presumably similar to Shovel Knight in Rivals, he has a special currency he can earn during a match, summon a shop, and buy new perks and abilities for him to utilize for the rest of the match.

Oh yeah. I did want to suggest for this project, I do not know if you require links however:

-Dark Dan by Mr.X-file and justineros, it's an SvC Dan edit but with more Mr. Karate like specials.

-Hell-Ryu by Cecil, it has Chun-Li and Dhalsim as assists, I don't know how you feel about another Ryu though...

-Sozzled Homer by RamuKun, I also really don't know how well this sits with you since it only has KoF gameplay and just uses typical Warner Homer sprites.

-Ryu by Z Sabre User and Panda, I think the only difference here compared to normal Ryu is that it has a few Stand attacks involving E. Honda, not sure if you would want a full edit just for that.

-Sho Kamui by Descolor or the original Breakers version created by someone else? Not sure if they fit your standards but he's my favorite shoto ever made.

-Lastly, Cyborg 009 by NAP, it's a very recent KoF styled release.
