So Eleven doesn't randomly switch character after every round, the only random is the v-trigger and v-skill only when compared to the random select icon in the select screen

I'm still going for my Orochi Joe theory.
Better yet, give everyone Orochi Blood and turn it into a new mechanic.
maybe mature and vice successfully get into Joe and turns him into Oroch Joe by channelling Goenitz's soul into him seeing him having similar hurricane moves 
There was a non-cannon kof manga where a woman from the Yagami clan was possessed by Goenitz, maybe similar to that if Joe is teamed with Iori

Your groove systems are pretty interesting and innovative I felt that a config file to allow players to either have options to decide the groove system they want such as able to select during the intro much like what you show in your video, letting players to choose their groove system by the config file such as for example:
var(x) = 0 ;Default groove select
;0 - Default groove select
;1 - Ex Groove
;2 - S Groove
;3 - A Groove
;4 - E Groove
;5 - C Groove
;6 - J Groove
;7 - K Groove
something like that

I am interested in Eleven, he could be useful in training mode as CPU dummy where after I have defeated Eleven as the CPU dummy in training mode, Eleven might morphs into other character in the next round. I usually enjoy playing training mode in this way

There is only ONE possible explanation for a canon Iori/Joe team up.
SNK is once again stealing ideas from MUGEN and we are now getting the long awaited OROCHI JOE. You see Joe will now be revealed to be a heir of Orochi because well how else is he able to magically create tornados from his bare hands and Iori decided to keep a close eye on him.
So assuming this is still following the trend of reveals-by-team-order, then...
... why the literal hell is Joe with Iori? I NEED to get some clarity AND know the story reason... assuming that IS what this is.
maybe he might be following Iori to investigate why Mature and Vice have been following him around, and hopefully wants one of them or both of them to follow him as well just to avoid that transgender woman that he often encountered in kof03 and kof13?

Psycho Power Update
Been busy working so much Mugen related and IRL, but heres and update to my Psycho Power character. https://streamable.com/gmjkz0. Ive added Bison floating up and down. Ive added a warp instead of him dashing across the screen.. He now has CLSN so he can beat hit in battle.... He will attack on his own instead of forcing Ken to Attack (they will attack individually).. He now has a Max power stance he also we be about to be koed in battle of damaged enough. If this happens ken will return to his normal state losing the Psycho Power enhancements. Bison will be able to intervene when Ken is being hit
this is a very special character still lots of improvements to be added
I like how dictator is following Ken from above, pretty innovative
