You are correct. Somehow, author’s names got mixed up in my head. Apologies.
I still think SFAS would greatly benefit from a SF4 rep (preferably not Gouken – game has enough shotos atm). Other options I can see would be C.Viper (based on NDSilva edit with Felo’s sprites) and Decapre, like Charles suggested before me.

Nice to see this project back in motion after a long hiatus
All my feedback from last year’s two releases still stands for the most part, but I want to address Sagat’s AI (again). It’s awful, there’s no putting it any other way: he’s either a cakewalk for a character like Ryu, because he never blocks projectiles or he is a nightmare for a character like Retsu, because he goes for Tiger Uppercut the millisecond you’re off the ground. Either way – not fun. I would honestly suggest just redoing it at this point; AI for the rest of the cast is overall solid, Akuma being my favorite opponent.
Also, I know it’s a survey question, but I’ll say it here - it’s no exaggeration to assume, that after SF6 release, Juri’s popularity is at an all-time high. Not capitalizing on it by not including her would be a mistake – she would a perfect SF4 rep and a fan favorite for many players. ReddBrink’s version is probably a way to go, at least as a base.
Final note: President Devon has updated his Taiyo High School Rooftop stage last November. I recommend you to recheck and update it in SFAS if needed.
Final final note: please fix Batsu’s victory pose audio screech volume.

And goddamn his ai is merciless he is harder to beat than your Rugal for me.
On topic about AI, while I appreciate, that Iori drops some of his combos on the lower difficulties, the amount parries he does is off the charts, feels like sometimes he parries entire supers.
Still, this is an excellent update.
