the target combo FW+LP,MP is cancelable but not LP,MP, you need to do the full combo LP,MP,MK and then you can special cancel, which is the only time you can cancel out of MK - same as 3S. At one point I was considering having any medium cancelable at any part of the target combo

If you want to join in, I'm all for it! I don't think Mete would object :D

As of now, a raw S.MK is pretty pointless, especially with the low range. The added cancelling would definitely motivate usage.
I think the latter consideration would be also be great so it's not as specific.

If I were to join in on this, who do I send my versions to?

Edit: The damage dampener may also need tweaking. e.g. C.HP into Level 3's 469 damage while C.HP then QCF,LK into Level 3's only 322 damage.
I'd lastly consider updating the movelist aswell as Rolling Thunder's no longer a Level 2/3.

I've already alerted Mete about these, but I'll post these here just in case you (Ken) haven't seen them:

1. The Coat during the 191 Intro is missing because it isn't set to group 10191 in the anim. A cloth sound when he throws it off would also be nice to have.
2. I'm not keen on the Health Loss during normal (not the EX) Cross Counter. I know it was a thing in SF3, but it makes it too much of a risk compared to the likes of Geese or Rock's counters.

I also noticed that it's strangely difficult to cancel out of the LP>MP target combo into Machine Gun Blow, and I haven't managed to cancel into the EX version.
It's also kinda odd the Stand MK isn't a cancel.

This is definitely the best Dudley has been though. Would you be interested if I joined the editing crew?

I'd also like to classify the Mega Drive port of World Heroes a honourable mention.



I may looks accurate in stills, but it's a true mess when you play. Specials barely come out, going from stand to crouch and vice versa is a hassle (Sometimes you go into crouch at random), Cheap AI, and so on,

And according to a poster it's the first fighting game to be developed in Brazil. It seems to be a commercial release as well but there's barely any info to confirm that.

Am I allowed to list competitors? I haven't played this one but...:



Ported from the Korean arcade fighter 'Masters Fury' which definitely has that bootleg tone with copies of characters (Like Mr. Death clearly being FF2 Kim and Kain/Kill Ruki being AOF2 Geese).
This PS1 port (which is an official commercial release btw) takes it to another level of bad with hilariously compressed in-game sprites and some real cheap presentation!

No, that is not what I meant. Example for shinkuu hadoken because it is level 1 super then it can use any P button(x/y/z). You don't need to create level 2 or 3 shinkuu hadoken. Just leave it as level 1 super. For shin shoryuken as level 3 super it can also use any K button(a/b/c) as long as super gauge has been reached level 3. So they are only different on the command move. Shinkuu hadoken is qcf, qcf + any P and shin shoryuken is qcf, qcf + any K. That is how Alpha 3 and CVS games super work.

I increased the buttons required for each level to make them more separate and so you somehow don't waste all your power by accident. I dunno how to describe it, but I just don't like using 1 attack button for MAX/Level 3 supers.

Can I modify one of your char game to show you my gameplay system idea and give it to you privately?

I'm not particularly interested, but you can give it a shot and maybe I'll cave in.

I'm not sure exactly what would be viable feedback on my end since he's still in Alpha, but I can maybe offer some suggestions and other things I noticed to maybe pad things out a bit?

-At a very specific distance, the last hit of EX Gekishouhadouha [That's a name o-o] will miss the opponent
 It might be exclusive to Reiji mirror matches though since I'm only testing with FF Training mode atm.
- Normals don't have guard sparks.
- Only light Koga Rengeki fully works. Medium and Heavy "work" in the sense that Reiji does the animation by himself without taking the opponent with him.
- Shouenbu can only be canceled from his air lights and air medium punch. Probably intentional but still wanna mention it just to be safe.
- No alt command for Raikoukyaku?
- Not sure if he's supposed to have an air throw but if he is, only the AI can do it. If not, well, the AI can air throw lol
- A suggestion, maybe instead of having EX Ryuenshou hit twice on each punch, loop the animation of him punching a second time?
Edit: One more thing I just noticed: No matter how late you do it after an EX Shouenbu, the initial punch on EX Ryuenshou only hits once.

Like I said, with him being in Alpha, I'm not sure how much of this is actually viable, but I do like what's here otherwise. Is there a CS planned for him? If not, I might just whip up a few palettes for him.

Fixed the Guard Spark thing, I didn't realize it wasn't in the SFF.
About the Koga Rengeki, I haven't changed the others since it's added over Ken's Geri code and I've still to change the command.
Well traditionally it's only lights, but I didn't wanna go overboard by getting heavys and other mediums into it.
He may get an Air Throw in the future, but I need to import the sprite and check the game.
I'll see about the alt Raikoukyaku command, if you're referring to Chun's alt, I think that was an SFV thing.
I've just fixed the EX Ryuenshou thing, but I may have to adjust the damage since I don't think it's normal for DPs to do full damage and hits on juggle.

I doubt that there's gonna be a CS, sadly, unless someone's eventually willing to do so.

Another feedback for gameplay system.

Because level 3 super require 3 buttons pressed, it becomes an issue on mugen because mugen doesn't have hotkey for multiple buttons and also pressing 3 buttons is not possible on keyboard.
My suggestion is super level is depended on which button pressed like Alpha 3 or CVS games.

As your planned for using MP+MK for tag system, sorry if I am not convenient with that because historically Street Fighter is 1vs1 game. :)
My suggestion is LP+LK for throw, MP+MK for counter system, and HK+HK for rage. You can use 2P/2K for wake up system and EX moves like SFV.

That keyboard thing is probably just an issue with yours. I may or may not add a shortcut for it, maybe P+K?
I also don't like the Alpha 3 button idea since that only worked because each super had 3 separate levels.
It would also be too specific since Shinkuu Hadouken would have to be done with x while Shin Shoryuken would need to be done with c. See what I mean?

And the plan for P+K is that it's for Rage and Alpha Counter in general. I've kinda scrapped due the Tag System and I couldn't think of another SF mechanic that would be easy to implement.

Little hard... all Akuma what i  foun are easy say lot off hp... ( One these are Cyber Akuma... Or i know that... ONLY  good CA which i have was dos one..  )

I meant an Akuma by a specific creator.

Aight. I feel like you could've used a newer, more 'modern' version though (Not trying to plug my version whatsoever, trust me).

He also has a few palette issues where he goes to pal 250,0 in some sprites. Removing this pal should take him back to his current pal.
