...That is, unless they go the "Goddess Athena to Athena Asamiya" route, and make a team with pretty much new characters, design & moveset wise, and just make them carry the name/legacy of their respective ancestors or something. That would be hella cool - almost too good to become true again, actually.


That's actually a pretty cool idea. It would be cool to see a reincarnated Nakoruru and the descendents of Garfield and Hakmaru in a team. You could even continue the love story that Nakoruru and Garfield had in Garfield's ending in Samurai Shodown 2.

Hey Ichida, how have you been doing lately? If you don't mind me asking, what was the development process of Blissful Adachi like? Like making Blissful Adachi's moveset match up with Happy Chaos' moveset in Guilty Gear Strive? And was there anything you wanted to put more into him like interesting animations? And also are there any other games or characters you want to convert into BBTAG playstyle?

Speaking of Playstation All Stars, what is your overall opinion of the game? I thought it was cool but if suffered from a confusing gameplay mechanic that made it hard for newcomers to understand, which is ironic because if the game copied the same formula of Smash the game would have been more successful. And also I like the addition of the Rival Cutscenes, mainly because it was a cool way to show the characters interact with each other, even if some of the reasons why they fight each other are kind of goofy(Like Sweet Tooth fighting Kratos because Kratos destroyed his ice cream cone and wouldn't pay for it). Honestly my favorite rivalries would have to be classic Action games icons like Jack and Daxter and Ratchet & Clank going at each other, Raiden and Cole Macgrath going at it and Issac Clarke vs Zeus mainly for Isaac having balls of Titanium for standing against the Zeus and evening catching a lighting bolt from him in Zeus version of the cutscene. This line alone absolutely sells the cutscene
Issac Clarke: "I know the dangers of men convinced that they're gods. If I'm what stands between you and civilazation, then I'm putting a end to this...Now!"

Hey Shim, these characters are pretty cool and I like the anime style concept behind them, especially Nicole since she had a full on anime fight scene in the show she was from. And also do you plan on showing some gameplay teasers down the road and will the characters have aggressive ai? Because I would love to see these gals go up against other cool gals like Arcueid Brunestud and Felicia. Also what was the inspiration process behind creating these two wonderful gals of the night?

Hey dude, how's it going? If you don't mind can I ask you a some questions?
1. What does the Luck System do and how does it work gameplay wise? I've always seen it and I never could figure out how it works from a spectator perspective.
2. Have thought about making a Kaori Kanzaki or that Redheaded guy that always smoking?
3. What is the meaning and reference behind the weird Power Ranger poses that Touma does in one of his intros
4. How did you implament the glass shattering and breaking affect in Mugen? I've created a character named Francisco Zappa that does similar things that Touma does and whenever I get the chance and the proper equipment to make a Mugen character, I'm planning on implanting the same glass breaking graphics and visual techniques that this Touma uses and I was just wondering how you designed those effects?

Hey OHMSBY, where does this model of Marx come from? Did he come from Kirby All Star Allies(KASA) or Smash Ultimate? Can't tell because the his base form reminds me of how he looks in KASA, but his boss form looks like it could be from either Ultimate or KASA. Also how will this little guy play like? Will he fight normally until his health reaches a certain point and he turns into his boss form? Or will he start in his boss form and he'll then change into his regular when you do enough damage to him?
 And here's a hypothetical question: If you were to ever make a Sol Badguy in a BBTAG style, would he have enough voice clips for a special intro with your version of Ragna like Ky Kiske has with Jin Kisaragi?

Hey OHMSBY, how's it been? Did you have a good Easter or a just a good weekend? Also since your creating a new stage to accompany the next character, what's it like to create a stage? Its it more complex then creating a character and what was your inspiration for the first stage you did, the Astral Birth: Void stage? And if you don't mind me asking, is it possible that you could give us a hint of what the stage is or would that be too much and ruin the surprise of what the next character is?

Now these aren't "ripped" in a traditional sense so I'm not sure how helpful these will be but it's worth a shot. Also do you plan on doing another edited character down the lane or do you have other stuff planned? Also have you thought of doing a public version of Gintoki Ragna or is this private voice patch just a fun exercise to practice your skills?

Hey dude, saw your short combo demo of Gintoki and he looks pretty cool and the palette colors are very clever, like shading Ragna's sword brown to look like Gintoki's Toyako Bokutō. Also this is a minor critic but have you thought of editing the special effects like when Gintoki's activates his Burst to be either blue or white since it would match his palette, if possible. And by the way since Gintoki's vocie actor is Tomokazu Sugita, have you thought of doing a special intro with either Ragna or Joseph Joestar since all three of them share the same voice actor, though I'm not sure how difficult that would be since you have to discuss with the authors of these two characters on how to make the intro work.

Ah so a Testament-style Ruby, that sounds cool. Also since your making Naoto, have you thought about including a special intro between him and Ragna? And I found a fanmade intro that could be interesting if you want the intro between them to be more dynamic.

Thanks dude, glad you like the idea. I thought it would be a interesting backstory since Happy Chaos and Adachi have some fun similarities to each other and motivates, with Chaos being a Optimistic Nihilist who causes mischief and drama to keep the world Interesting in his own eyes and Adachi with commits his murders out of feeling boredom from his adult life and wanting to take control of his life by spicing ting up a bit...with murder. Also who is Stained Ruby? Is she a reference to another character?

Hey OHMSBY, have you thought of doing a special intro of Merkvaka vs Robo-Weiss,? Mainly since Robo-Weiss borrows Merkava's spinning arms move and and both characters(well, the voice clips of Hans Volter at least) share similarities with each other, mainly both of them are victims are their own experiments, with Merkvaka being involuntary due to experimenting with EXS to become a Re-Birth and being a void and Hans being voluntary due to experimenting with biotechnology to further his lifespan and continue his mad scientist experiments.

Hey Ichida I saw your demo video of Blissful Adachi and nice work on his combos, especially the implementation of the wall break mechanic from Strive, turning it into a stunlock/crumple state that temporary opens up the oppenent is a neat work around. Also is there any backstory to his name? It just makes me think of a backstory where Happy Chaos invades the Persona universe wanting to have some fun with some new faces unaware of him. He then runs into Adachi and finds him to be a interesting fellow and decides to use him as a host body to enter into their world by slowly but gradually warping reality around Adachi until he is a perfect clone of him, all the while Adachi himself is "blissfully" unaware of this, thinking all the actions that he is doing is his own when in reality its Happy Chaos using him to cause mischief in this universe.
