I was wondering if it's possible to give characters the ability to move around the stage before the round starts similar to Melty Blood or Tekken 4.

I was wondering if there is a Kyo edit with his moveset from KoF XV. I've seen a Kyo in KoF WING 2020 use his new rekka route. There's also MUGENGERS The Orochi's Origin's Kyo that uses his Climax Super. I can't find a way to get them into my mugen game. Any luck?
