Hi Everyone!
I made Weiss Schnee from Blazblue Cross Tag Battle in the Central Fiction's moveset.
For mugen 1.1 only.

- Universal Moves -
222A : Astral.
Y : Rapid Cancel.
B+C : Crush Trigger.
B+Y : Grab.
Z : Overdrive/Burst.
- Normals -
5A: Weiss's 4A.
6A : Weiss's 5A.
5B/5BB : 2nd - 3rd hits of her A autocombo.
6B/6BB : Her B autocombo.
5C : Original move. A sword swing simular to Es's 5C.
6C : Weiss's 5C.
jA :  Unused animation. A short poke.
jB :  Weiss's jA.
jC :  Weiss's jB.
j2C : Weiss's jC.
Crouch moves are the same as in BBTAG.
- Drive -
Weiss's drive concept

When using drive moves aside from 5X ,Weiss can cancel into different moves when she is need a black glyph depend on P1's input. She can cancel into 8A, 8B, 8C or 8X. All of them are overhead.

5X : Weiss's Ice shard. Hold down X to create black glyph, hold up to create glyph above Weiss like her 236B.
6X : Weiss's 6P assist.
4X : Weiss's 214A.
jX : Weiss's j214A.
j2X : Weiss's j214B.

- Speacial -
236A/236B : 22A and 22B but have a hitbox so can be use as an attack. Drive cancelable on block.
236C : Her DP.
236D : Weiss's 22C.

- Super -
41236A : Glacial Torrent.
41236B : Snowstorm. Original move. Create 4 glyphs senting ice shard at the enemy and turn into black glyph at the end.
41236X : Snow Flurry.

Her play style is still the same in BBTAG with a few additional moves like 5C and her new distortion. Some of her moves were adjusted so it's more reliable in 1vs1. Feedback and suggestion are welcome.

6A : Ruby advance forward to attack simular to Es's 6C.
5B/5BB : 1st - 2nd hits of her B autocombo.
6B : Her Astral startup hit.
5C/5CC : 1st - 2nd hits of her C autocombo.
6C : The last hit of her C autocombo.
jA/jAA :  Unused animation, simular to Es's Type: Assaulter "Tristan"
jB :  1st hit of her A air autocombo.
jC :  1st hit of her B air autocombo.
j2C : A hard knockdown
Crouch moves are the same as in BBTAG.
- Drive -
Ruby's drive concept
Allow her use Gun Blast (can be spam as long she has bullet for it) and buff all of her special moves but each moves cost a bullet which show in the mid left of the screen (15 bullet max, double on overdrive). When she is out of bullet, she can't use any of her drive moves, some of her special get weaken and some don't even attack at all. You can reload by using 5D (not air ok).

5X : Reload
6X : Gun Blast forward (air ok)
4X : Gun Blast backward (air ok)
2X : Gun Blast up/downward (air ok)
jX : Her jC
- Speacial -
236A : Rifle Shot. Cost 1 bullet
236B : Sy-pod Shot (Can continuity shot by holding B). Cost 1 bullet
236C : Her DP. Cost 1 bullet
236D : Guillotine. Cost 1 bullet
j236D : EX Buzzsaw Blast. Cost 2 bullets
- Super -
63214A : Petal Burst.
63214X : Petal Dance. Cost 5 bullets, 11 on overdrive.

I don't think her throw should use bullets.
Or anything that doesn't require the drive button.
(Though I can't see the commands here so for all I know everything using bullets here could involve the drive button and i'm just being the big dumb on this part.)

I want Ruby to relied on her bullet for heavy damage, it play on the concept of her being a sniper (since sniper relied on their snipe gun to deal quick, big damage and rather defenceless when out of ammo). Her normals and air throw doesn't require bullet, only drive, Petal Dance distortion does. Special moves only get enhanced when Ruby have bullets, it still can be use when she ran out of it.

I'm planing to design Ruby as a glasscanon which she's easy to play and can deal 600+ damage with a single bullet enhanced combo but difficult to when she is out of bullet and need a to reload (she is a sniper after all). I want to add a new enhance distortion that give her infinite bullets for a certain amount of time for those who like to spam her enhanced move but I'm not sure if that would make her too broken. I also want to twerk some of her special moves more closely to the original animation from the show. For example, she roll forward when use Guillotine and the enemy get push behind her, she can spam Sypod infinite, ect.

I also planing to make all of her BBTAG 2.0 combo route possible but I'm not too sure about that since backtracking and modify her took alot of time. So what do you think? Should I do that?

I have a suggestion for you.
Why not adding hitsparks from Centralfiction for your Neopolitan just to fit your style?

That idea did cross my mind when I was making neo. But since I'm still new to mugen so I rather focus on other important stuff like Overdrive, Active Flow, ect first. I'm still not happy with my code so I'm prioritize on improving her code first.

Suggestion: She has one unused button. Maybe you can map either grab or rapid cancel on it if you want.
Also, Neo takes a while to vanish after she wins with her astral. Maybe make her vanish sooner or something.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that her supers give her back some meter.

Thanks for that feed back. I'll patch these on a later update.
About Neo take a while to vanish, I made her like that so her Astral winpose would end at the same time as the Astral theme she didn't detect any input form the player. You still can skip the winpose if you find it too long.

I check the readme and for some reason its the same readme file as k6666orochi's Neopolitan (plus the DS. store file). is this an edited character? if so, this should be in the edits section.

Well that's strange, I made this Neo before K6666orochi. I posted this character in mugen archive and for some reason I can't access that site anymore so I posted it here. I use kfm as a base and build Neo from that.

Edit: So I checked the file. Somehow that readme file you mentioned ended up in my Neo's file. I downloaded k6666orochi's Neopolitan when it get release so I can rip sprites effect from their character for my Neo (weapon trail) since I don't know how to rip file from the original game.

Hey its alright bud, mistakes happen everytime. Now just a small suggestion, next time you make another character like this, go to spriters resource. this site will let you download cleaner sprites that have already been ripped.

Thank you for the suggestion, I did use the sprites from that site, the site only have her character sprites not sprite effect like weapon trail or like that.

It's actually easy if you're using Imgur. You just need to open the picture in a new tab (make sure there's "i" in the first part of the link and the file extension is at the end), copy the link, then use MFG's Image code.
