check the hitflag parameter on the projectiles' hitdef, you have set it as special instead of hyper

Tengo una pregunta media rara: ¿Cómo se hace un stage en I.K.E.M.E.N? (Si esto se pregunta en otro tema oh algo por el estilo pido perdón, soy nuevo y no conozco bien el foro).

Igual que en mugen, no hay diferencia alguna. Todos los escenarios de mugen funcionan en ikemen al 100%.

Aunque ikemen te permite hacer mas cosas en los stages que en mugen no se puede

If the platform is to be used only by P1 (root) you can use a helper.
If the platform is going to be used by P2 (enemy) or both players, use a projectile.
The trick is that the projectile/platform hits the characters and immediately places them to state 0 in the air.
You will need to do more advanced coding than that, to cover all possible interactions with the playform, but it's in a nutshell the logic of the code

You will need to use the variable assignment := and use some "advanced" coding tricks to get what you want.

So, you would have a code like this (taken from the example of the thread you mentioned):
[state -2]
type = nothitby
trigger1 = stateno = 100
value = SCA, AP

To use the trick, you need a free variable to store the conditions of "while being under a nothitby" in this way:
[state -2]
type = nothitby
trigger1 = stateno = 100
trigger1 = var(59) := 1
value = SCA, AP

The bold part basically says that when the nothitby is activated, then var(59) will become 1.
Now, you just need to create your Defencemulset that will activate while var(59)=1

Last but not least, you will need to find a way to reset var(59) back to 0, in order to disable the defense multiplier. If the effect lasts for the rest of the round, you could simply do this:
[state -2]
type = varset
trigger1 = roundstate>2
var(59) = 0

No need to hide behind a youtube video, when you can easily earn by coding or spriting for someone else

which is the current case of this dragon ball fangame is not bad but sadly fails as a fangame or taking advantage of the potential since this seems made for winmugen

First time in my life I've seen someone claiming that HDBZ is a failure as a fan-game.

super jump is added into the characters' code. The thread you linked is for making stages that will follow the characters during the air combo.

De los antiguos habrá gente que sigue creando? Y los que crean lo siguen haciendo gratuito?

Por aqui lo ultimo que llevo hecho son los personajes de Hyper Dragon Ball Z y la conversion de The Black Heart de mugen a ikemen, entre otras cosas. Y aunque sigo haciendo cosas gratis, no veo problema si alguien quiere pagarme para un proyecto

Enemy is placed in a custom state without a selfstate.
Look for the states p2 is placed during the beam clash and find the missing selfstate
