Those are Alpha styled sprites. Just more refined than what's currently available of her. They're just sample sprites, not a full char. They do look nice though. I wouldn't know if anyone is working on her currently. They might be, but not announced or anything. At least, not known anywhere around this way.

Enero is one of the 12 dolls of shadowloo. I have seen this one before(although a WIP, but I like it). But now I cannot find it anywhere. This series of sprites is sexier than those from sfz3. Does anyone know where I can find her?

It looks like Pullo's sprites. But I don't think the WIP I saw before is Pullo's.

Oh... Looks like nobody prefered this style of Hotaru. No wonder Zelgadis doesn't release his Uniform Yukino... Maybe nobody like a char wearing school uniform to join a fight. Hah~

Well, now there is a Hotaru, which originally appeared in Days of Memories, coming to mugen. It is designed as a character who is good at using Qigong (thus the full-screen max2 comes), as well as eight extremes boxing. But of course, the author will not release it now (or forever), just like Zelgadis's uniform yukino. Maybe these two are both WIP :sugoi:.

Okay, I saw your "report", so let me answer your questions. But next time don't write a report just because no one answers you. If after one or two days you don't get an answer, try to ask again.

For the first question, WIP means Work in Progress. With that it means it hasn't been released yet, because the creator is still working on it. So there's no download for it if the character truly had a WIP tag written near its name.

Second question, this is the thread in which you can see the progress of Zelgadis' Kaoru (alongside other two creators).:

 Can you tell me what the light that Enero emits off is? At first I thought that is sound wave, because Enero is a messager in the DOLLS army. But in the intro the new Decapre can block it away! Could it be said that it is a weapon threw by Enero?

This Kaoru was made from materials of Hinako, they say. But they cannot remember who is the author…
