I like the special attack seen in your video, but it seems very slow. Maybe you could make it similar in speed to Ryu's hadouken, or save it for a super attack.

These are the sprites ripped by Insanius. They are already aligned, the axis is 320,384.

The color separation is not finished (21 sprites missing), but I lost interest. However, there are enough sprites to make a char.

I also included some edited sprites, small portraits and palettes.
