* Sprites used for this character are based on Rojin70's pixel arts, include his private works.
   If you wanna use the sprites in some other way, release a modified creation includes these, or post this char to somewhere, please be sure to get permission from Rojin70, with putting his name on a def file and Readme.
 
* As all I managed to get permission was only Rojin70, I removed all the sprites and parts by the other pixel artists from original SFF file I used as a base.
 So you don't have to be worried about their involvement.
 
* This char's codes are opened. feel free to use for any kinds of way.
   If you give a credit I'll be pleased

* You gotta find lots of lacks or something odd on this char. You may feel like each animations doesn't look like a same person.
  Currently these sprites are still under production.
  As all I managed to get permission was only Rojin70, I had to redraw most sprites firstly edited by Vellrrarth to remove parts
  based on other pixel artists. Additionally I took base sprites from various chars.
  For those reasons I struggled to get a hang of editing sprites. That's why entire details lack uniformity.
  But don't worry, I've already been at the stage of refining these, and planning to add more other stuffs in upcoming version too.
  Final version will be released in not so long future. Hope you look forward to with some optimism.

* Colors of her hair and clothes aren't separated in pallet. So it forces her to have same color on both in any alternate pallet.
  Kinda I feel bad to say, currently I put another things ahead of solving this problem (So sure it's gonna be seriously tough work)
  And I'm not sure if I would make smart pallet in upcoming update, sorry.

Correction :
Iv'e just known this char involves sprites based on various persons' works that I didn't know.
Sorry to say, for the necessity of getting permission, It would take more time to release her than I expected.

This char is an edit of the original one created by Somm666, based on sprites by Vellrrath.
In v1.0, MVC3 originated voices, more sounds/effects, new intro/win pose, and AI gonna be added.

In addition I created his stage inspired by SNES game "Snoopy Concert."

* WHAT'S EDITED
- Added Woodstock helper attack
- Withdrew Lv2 Flying Ace. Instead, added another new hyper move
- Changed exist moves' sprites, animations, and attack range of these
- Rebuild crouch hard punch as air combo launcher
- Tweaked AI you can select its difficulty. Specifically check inside of "Confing.cns"
- Added a rough damage scaling system
- Changed character size: 1.7x1.7 to 1.2x1.2
- As the pallet line changed by additional sprites, default act files no longer works properly.
  I made new 5 alternate pallets, but these are just quick-made. Don't expect much.
- Other minor changes

These patches are my bit older creations. Adjusted newly again and now I release them. Not elaborated enough so these are not too brutal... I suppose.

Here are some small updates.

- Added the new stance

To change the stancet to new one, please open the file "Confing.st"
(or "Confing_Win.st", depend on the version of mugen you use. Please do not forget to choose the appropriate def file neither.)
with some text application, and change the number in the section placed on the top.

- Added Hyper portrait


- Fixed some sprites (default stance heights, color of tie, and so on.)


- Fixed some glitches (infinite and opponent freeze)

       Allow me to leave chip damage in some heavy basic moves. I think I wanna treat them as rather semi-special moves.
I intended to make each moves have their risks so far (like, a bomb in Down Heavy Kick doesn't have attack frames in first 6 frames, and hitting in near can cause opponents revenge.)

Not bad at all, good work on your first character. :)

- Sometimes when The Mask perform Low Strong Punch, the enemy freezes.

Thank you for letting me know that.
I'll find a cause of this glitch for the next update.

All of them have AI consists of 6 levels (Easy - SuperCheap.)
The max AI level, SuperCheap mode is recommended for AI battle only. In this mode, They get advantages like these written below.

 - Guts Mechanic (Defense UP) automatically turns on.
 - Gets speed up
 - Some moves get armor factor.
 - Energy that she gets becomes higher than usual.
 - Invincible frames increase.
 - comes to be able use Throw Tech (AI only)

- Also they have Combo Breaker.
  (Command - while being hit, enemy's near, B+Y. It requires 1000 power to use.)
   You can make this move unusable or set frequency of use by AI in confing.st



Edit+AI patch for Birdy

* WHAT'S CHANGED

- New alternate stance and hyperportrait is appended. How to add them is written in Readme file.

- added Guard Push
- added Air Dash
- added Recovery Roll
- added Dodge Roll (A+B)
- added Mid-air Attack (A+X)
- added 1 new win pose
- In the beginning of Hyper D,DB,B+2P there are invincible frames.
- Air handgun special can get enemy to wall-bounce now. (It is optional in setting)
- The maximum number of mines can be set raised to 4.
- decreased frames of special moves
- revised damage balance
- and other minor changes



Edit+AI patch for Cir-EL

* WHAT'S CHANGED

- Made her whole moves faster than they were
- added another air normal attack (D+C)
- added Guard Push
- added Recovery Roll
- added air dash
- changed charging animation to grabbing move in the special D,DB,B+P. This move is unblockable now.
- added voices to some special moves
- Changed the movement of air fire balls special. Corresponded by pushing different button, the number of fire balls and these direction
  changes.
- added invincible frames in the begging of hyper D,DB,B+2K
- In the hyper D,DF,F+2K she doesn't get hit by projectiles.
- After some certain attacks, Hyper D,DF,F+2P can hit lying enemy.
- Beginning of Lv3 Hyper she has invincible frames and can hit enemy.
- revised damage balance
- and other minor changes



Edit+AI patch for Hellboy

* WHAT'S CHANGED

- added Guard Push
- decreased frames of handgun special
- fixed loop combo problem in special moves D,DF,F+Kick
- Shoulder tackle special can get enemy to wall bounce now.
- decreased frames when calling Abe Sapien. Hellboy is no longer invincible while calling him. Instead Abe has some invincible frames partly.
- added Hitdef and invincible frames in the begging of hyper D,DF,F+2P
- In the hyper D,DF,F+2K he doesn't get hit by projectiles.
- Hyper D,DB,B+2P can hit lying enemy now.
- revised damage balance
- and other minor changes

* WHAT'S CHANGED

- to use phantomzone hyper, 2000 power is needed
- phantom zone hyper is unblockable and has shorter reach now
- converted multiple heat visions hyper into ice breath move
- decreased frames of tornade special move
- removed wall bounce-off states from common.st
- added super armor to heat vision special
- revised damage balance
- and other minor changes

Edit+AI patch for Hawkgirl

* WHAT'S CHANGED

- added Combo Breaker.
 (Command - while being hit, enemy's near, A+B. It requires 1000 power to use.)
 You can make this move unusable or set frequency of use by AI in confing.st
- added Guard Push
- added Recovery Roll
- made Damage Scaling system selectable to apply (please look inside Confing.st)
- removed wall bounce-off states from common.st
- reinforced the attack range of throw Hyper
- When using Special Move D,DF,F+K, Hawkgirl goes up higher and moves faster to counteract against projectiles now.
- Now she can hit enemy electrified by her move.
- changed the vector of air charge special to rather downward
- raised the velocity of the beginning of D,DB,B+KK
- revised damage balance
- and other minor changes

Edit+AI patch for Red Tornado

* WHAT'S CHANGED

- added Combo Breaker.
 (Command - while being hit, enemy's near, A+B. It requires 1000 power to use.)
 You can make this move unusable or set frequency of use by AI in confing.st
- added Guard Push
- added Recovery Roll
- Now Wind Shear has only 6 invincible frames just in the beginning.
- Wind Shear blows off enemy to more far distance now.
- narrowed attack range of Wind Blast vertically
- revised power to use some Hyper attacks
  Multiple Typhoons > 2000
  Hyper Uppercuts, Hyper Stomp > 1000
- revised damage balance
- and other minor changes

Edit+AI Patch for Rocket Raccoon

* WHAT'S CHANGED
 - added recovery rolls
 - added pushblock
 - added 1 charging special move
 - running animation is changed
 - Handgun Hyper now needs 2000 power to use
 - In viper beam special, now rocket jumps up before shooting to cover more wider range.
 - now mines can be set more distant points corresponded by pushing different buttons.
 - Now Proton cannon is the hyper move and converted to shoot below from air. There are invincible
    frames in jumping move.
 - Hyper viper beam now has wider range than before.
 - cannot call Groot more than one at the same time anymore
 - rapid pulse cannon is converted to aim upper-air. If enemy get hit by near the wall, he moves to
    bounce-of-wall action and you can get a chance to start combo.
 - Plasma Launcher (D,F,C) doesn't shoot missiles anymore. Also vector of energy balls are
    changed to go up higher and cover to mid range to be effective for longer time.
 - Stand hard punch is the launcher of air combo now.
 - Crouch Hard Kick can trip enemy now.
 - air normal attacks no longer interfere his movement in air
 - revised damage balance
 - and other minor changes

Allow me to have an opportunity to provide some edits for some DC chars...

Edit+AI Patch for Swamp Thing


* WHAT'S CHANGED

- added forward/back steps
- some projectiles are changed where they starts
- 1 special move added (Swamp Thing throws lump of mud in two direction.)
- 1 special move converted into new rash-move hyper
- added recovery roll
- fixed sound problem of superjump
- In the fist-shooting special move, now he can aim his fist in two directions
- In the special move that a pillar comes up, it prevents enemy's projectiles (Hyper moves are not included.)
  Instead, now it can hit enemy only first 20 frames. Also, it can cause glitches sometime.
  You can change the setting whether AI can use the move or not in option.
- The limit number of clones that can be summoned is now raised to two.
- Now the clone awaits until the enemy comes by or time limit passes.
- Some normal attacks are moved to other commands
- Special/Hyper move commands are relocated
- Sand breath special is now the stand weak punch
- revised damage balance
- and other minor changes



AI Patch for Constantine (by ParaDo0x, SeanAtly, Alucard, Shining and other helps by yolomate,fede de 10 and Thuddleston)


It also has a little edits
* WHAT'S CHANGED
- Forward/back step now works properly (but animations might still looks bit awkward..)
- Problem on meter building fixed
- AI no longer summons same helper at once
- revised damage balance
