I'm sorry for necroing, but I need help. It's giving me an error message saying Character not found: chars/ff3_0/ff3_0.def even though I'm making a stage. Please help! I've been stuck on it for so darn long!!

Could you guys help me? I'm trying to build a stage and when running MUGEN, it gives me the error "Error Message: Cannot find chars/ff3_0/ff3_0.def"
Any help would be nice.
