"I'll give credits to PeXXeR cuz he made a joke about me making this character. I had no idea who she was when he mentioned her to me but I searched her up and as a result I have made 2 CvS2 "Yatagarasu" chars."

If I remember correctly, I was poking fun at the fact that you are coding only waifus and suggested her :P
Had no clue you were actually going to go ahead and do it.

She's looking good, will give her a test when she comes out and DM you any feedback I have.

I also suggest to check out the game she's comming from, its fun !

theres nothing wrong  with basing your gameplay on pots chars as the systemes built in are solid.
Also some of the best coders around are making pots chars Jmorph, DW, Karma etc.

Feel free to dislike the style, but as I said its solid.

I know what you ment and again its fine.
Both parties bring up solid arguments and it comes down to prefrence.
As stated, the franchise tied to the chars is a major pull for users.

Stuff based on Anime and such will have more downloads in general, people that play with original chars or cartoony chars more so have to go out of there way to find well made ones and when its an original char its just word of mouth.
Its not as easy as typing "Goku mugen char" in google to find one.

For me its mostly about gameplay, I love how the proper pots chars handle (Jman/DW/Karma)
I find them "legit" if you will.

I've shown my roster a million times but if you want to see what I enjoy playing form time to time, here.

For me, I stick to the old chars as it was what I was playing as a kid back in the arcade days.
It was Capcom and SNK and MK.

I am not a fan of Waifu/Anime/Meme or cartoony chars however this is why its a community engine, anyone can use and make what they like.
No one is in the wrong regardless what they use, its prefrence.
You like Waifu/Anime/Meme/Cartoony chars ? You do you, more power to you.

I am looking for a violent ken stage because I don't like the one from SVC Chaos.
Every suggestion is welcomed, even if its a custom stage and whatnot.

Ideally I would prefer something like this.


Edit I did find that the gif was turned into a stage after some editing and resizing I manged ot make it fit, however it looks like the gif was blownout and made into a stage as of now its a good placeholder still looking for suggestions.

I might stick to the bison stage from alpha with the rain and forest and stuff.

awesome update stage looks much better now, only thing thats a nitpick is that the animation is a bit too fast.
 why not take the animation times from Old gamer's version ? they look spot on to me.

I would keep the animation over the parallax, why not just keep the floor and bring back the animation ?
You can tell that they are ment to be moving.

From your stages I am going to assume you are using 1.1 and from the sreenshot I can tell that the small ports are indexed which is not necessary on 1.1 you're just losing quality.

Cool screenpack too black and red always go together well.
