Good looking ScreenPack. I don't know where the inspiration for this aesthetic comes from, but I find a MOBILE vibe to this modern style. And I think the CVS sprites would look better for this SP's roster. Nice Job!

Cool mock up! It's hard to see but the Shadaloo symbol is back there. I used to draw more freehand before, that's why I enjoy seeing the processes created from scratch.

Notably, this is known to be eventually getting ported to consoles, but they said that when the game was initially announced in 2019 so who knows if that's still happening.
New Asuka game also had that promise too, iirc it was supposed to be heading to Switch.
My cope regarding Daraku Tenshi is that given Zerodiv is seemingly still involved it still has a shot of showing up on home platforms given they've done exactly that with other releases but who knows. ExArcadia managed to get a licenced Touhou game of all things arcade exclusive after all.

I guess they don't see it as a loss because of how niche the IPs they're working with are.
Honestly, the romhack bit is a good point. If someone REALLY wanted to they could very likely just hack the roms for these games to reflect balance changes, provided there's no new visual assets (ie new sprites) which is highly doubtful to begin with. I'm sure that would not end well given Japanese companies' history with this sort of thing (ie French Bread vs UNIST modders) but it does kind of expose the problem with the entire thing.
