Hello. It's been a while!
I've been working on a new char besides Kula, since I was bored of making just one character and needed something to alternate between. In this case, I've chosen Carol, (next char after Hinata).

About Kula, I've made progress finishing her get-hits and a couple of normal attacks; the priority now is to finish her normals. Although I still have a lot left to finish.

As for Carol, i'm using Dampir's sprites as a base. Surprisingly it didn't take me long to make the anims unlike Kula. So she is around 50% finished. These are some of the many I did:



Oc, some of these need to be polished once I try to finish her set. The missing ones are:
- All gethits
- Aerial normal attacks
- Some crouch attacks
- Naughty Ball (Super)
- Spinning Top (Special)
- Intro and Winposes (Only one winpose has been done)

And the following additions/features:
- Intro against Tiffany
- Rainbow Cyclone (Super)
- Some new normals

 About the coding, I've made a lot of progress. It's only missing Spinning Top, half of the normals and throws and the rest is about sprite replacements. BTW, this is her move list:

I would like to show you more, either videos of the process, but I don't know if it would meet the rules of this section. BTW, all feedback or idea is ever welcome....

Will this Carol be usable for my old CvS2 Carol? I forgot, but I had a few commissioned sprites in my CvS2 Carol. Might wanna check them out! I really loved her original Savage Reign sprites, such flawless details and shading. But this is really nice too. She looks like an actual CvS2 character.

Arc System Works is back once again with an unexpected IP to work off on that normally pairs with Capcom for fighting titles.

*Spiderman and he is FINALLY revealed right off the bat.

All characters have new movesets completely seperate from their MvC counterparts.  Much like Dragonball FighterZ, this game will have tag gameplay and mechanics, but for the first time ever, this will be a 4v4 tag game.  The roster is gonna massive.

Game has a 2026 release time.

Yeah, tried the nightly release, and it didn't fix anything :/ Same issues with IKEMEN. If the opponent is frozen in the air, and hit with most moves, the opponent stays in the air in a standing state until either jumping or hit with a move that puts them in an air state.

MUGEN still working perfectly though.

The endings you made for the game are SO good!

Do you plan on continuing to update them?

Andy and Raiden need to be rebalanced... they're extremely overpowered...
    

How to make the helper appear when P1 is hit by P2 or P2's helper

Hi, I've been trying to create the helper. I want it to appear when P1 is hit by P2 or its own helper, and subtract all the damage from P2. I've already set up hitdef with a huge hitbox and damage = 9999, but it doesn't work. I've already set movetype = H and nothing, and if I set movetype = A, P2 dies without being hit by P1. I also tried trigger1 = p2movetype = A or H, but it didn't work.
I'm not sure how to write the code correctly so that the helper appears when P1 is hit or P2's helper.

Okay. I'm going to create a post. and read what Expanding MUGEN Class The Mechanics Master Thread says and learn.

And I didn't actually ignore the questions. I just explained what I meant. I don't really know how I could tell if you're wrong or not, so what I do is explain again with an updated video to see if you can understand now. And sometimes I struggle to understand what he's saying, and other times I use Google Translate, which sometimes alternates the words and changes them.

New normals:
I only used one reference to make a wip HK

 In this case I used Madiesha from Tough Guys as a base (for the moment it'll be discarded since it needs the author's permission). I wonder if there will be another 2D character who use the gymnastic style in order to be able to complete her set of normals.
There's Kumi Okubo from Asuka 120%, as for Madiesha, if you're taking the sprites from Sakuraka's version, then i think it's Fine to use tem since he/she's no longer online afaik. Unless the readme states that you need permission.

So the number 1 thing about getting help, from me, or from anyone, is answering their questions. I asked three questions and you have ignored them. You started the topic about Jago. Peach is the only character with the helper.
Restart a topic speaking on the direct issue.

What this is asking for, is a helper that can hit the enemy, helpers or P2/P4, and heal them back to full health.
From your other replies, I don't think this is what you actually want. It seems like you're missing the terminology for what you want to have happen.

You issue is with a helper. Make a new post describing what it does. Then describe what you want it to do. Then ask a couple questions on how to make what happens into what you want. We'll get the problem solved.
