I remember that a few years ago, there was a project that I think oughta be REALLY turned into MUGEN: Acme Toon Fighters. Maybe some more WB characters from Animaniacs and Tiny Toons would join as well (e.g. Slappy, Skippy, Rita, Runt, Furball, Little Beeper, Calamity, the Goodfeathers, the Girlfeathers, Mr. Director, Plotz, Dr. Scratchinsniff and the sparrows from West Side Pigeons).
Are you going to be paying them lots of money? It's all well and good to say "i founded this it wood b kool in moojen" But when you add, "someone make it 4 me" people tend to look the other way. Have you tried making a character yourself yet? I suggest you try that and see how LONG it takes. Then decide if you'd really like to go through that process 27 times, not to mention stages, lifebars, intro, screenpack, fonts etc. Thats a lot of stuff. Thats not a very nice thing to ask someone else to do without offering to do a shitload yourself, or providing a good reason to make this stuff.

I mean, I haven't even made one Mugen character, or a Mugen stage, or even my own Mugen game.
