Second attempt with the first one being Ryu. The following details listed are some of the edits you'll find in this version:

Moves:

- Air Throw
- Dash Back and Run Forward
- Ouka Kyaku, her CvS 2 - CFJ Dive kick. Performed by QCF + any K in the air, during or near the apex of her jumps.
- Ground Shippu Kyaku is now CvS2 - CFJ version.

States:

- Dizzy State, an attempt to replicate the sequence found in the official source material/game.
- Run Limiter state. Triggers when opponent jumps over you while running and you still continue to run.

Sounds:

- Replaced a number voice clips with those of clearer quality. Two extra ones. ( Specifically Taunt and Run Limiter state.)
- Voice clips added on hit states.
- Corrected some Plysnd values.
- "Dizzy Bird" chirps for Dizzy State

Visuals:

- Super Combo Finish screens.
- "Dizzy Birds" for Dizzy State.
- New animations for Hit Liedown, and Hit Fall.

Miscellanous:

- All Hitdefs, from Normal moves, Special to Super Combos given "p2facing = 1" optional parameter.
- Win Pose select feature added. Simply hold an attack button after KO-ing an opponent.
- Totally removed Dark Sakura Mode components on Special and Super Combos CNS, Command file and its palletes. Sorry.
- Also omitted Intro and Winposes that has Kei Chitose in it as well.

I also updated Ryu. He now also comes with a win pose select.
