ADD004 issues with Nightwing?

[EveryonesKouhai]

So I downloaded O Ilusionista's Nightwing and patched him for add004. during single mode he is able to operate normally, however when you enter simul mode, no matter whether he is p1 or p3 he won't move at all. the only functions he has available is stance switch and jumping.
