Adding move to AI?

I have successfully added a dragon punch to my character. I wanted to know how to add the move to my characters AI so that he does it regularly? Also does anyone have a template for the Hurricane Kick?

the hurricane kick mis very similar to the shoryuken, except that you stop applying graviy inthe middle f the move.
