Adding Sprites Problem

this happens every time I add sprites or just portraits in Acey's Captain America and Xslaught's Sentinel.

every time I hit Captain America, using Captain America's other palettes his "being hit" sprites just suddenly turns into it's default palette
is there anyway to solve this thanks in advance.
