Adobe Flash Player problems

I'm having a lot of problems with Adobe Flash Player after the last update. In my laptop, Flash Player doesn't work at all. I can't see videos nor see anything that requires Flash Player online. In my normal computer, it tends to crash and stop working a lot, something that never happened before the update. Any clue about what to do, guys?
