This is one of my favourite stages in a while. Amazing job.

If you could get that boundhigh to the commented out value it'd be perfect. If only because it's based on a game with super jump.

This is BEYOND sick.  I have such a soft spot for stage demakes and this is easily one of the best I've ever seen.

Wow this is a solid demake. The work with the sprites is very good and the deltas are on point.

That single image doesn't do this cool release justice, so here are a couple more spoiling other details:
