Thanks for both Vanilla H and Fie but about Ruquia, you gave me a build from 16/1/2012, I believe her build from 11/4/2012 has a Heritage of the Future 'You Win' (also include line Aim at the Sage) style, 'Lose' screen and Chargable Super.

Try click at this video link below (it's from author's account) if you don't understand what I mean.

The fourth stage is either lotus or lotus-morn by Shiyo Kakuge, it is in his onedrive.

As far i know, the only Cory (from Booby Tales) for Mugen is Valgallah's version :
http://valgallah77.web.fc2.com/characters

Now for stages :
4th - Chemical Plant Zone (Sonic 2)
7th - Wolf Stage (Virtua Fighter 2)
18th - Egypt (KOF XIII)

I don't know the authors of these stages, sorry.

Gachapin by Watati https://www.mediafire.com/file/oq9gyiltlmacnl3/gachapin.zip/file
version 3/12/2006 (pass is mugen) https://ux.getuploader.com/pikko/download/21
AI patch by J・J . You're probably talking about this one. https://web.archive.org/web/20190103072332/http://www.geocities.jp/onndoxuru/gachapin.zip

Last but not least

Ruquia version April 1, 2012 https://ux.getuploader.com/12345678999/download/5
Silvan's website with Ruquia's AI patch http://silvanmugen.web.fc2.com/

https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm16633251
Let's look more closely. That video was uploaded on January 7, 2012, so it couldn't have been Ruquia version April, 2012. I assume NSX-R updated the description in April, 2012. Also, Ruquia added on 11/4/2012 in the description IS Ruquia version April 1, 2012. Look at here:
https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm12294810
NSX-R says the same thing as the previous description:
"
2012/04/01追記
今度はちゃんと無期限に設定したので大丈夫なはずです。ご迷惑お掛けしました。
"
Virtually the same update comment as found in https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm16633251, with the same download link. Take note that, "追記" means, "added on/postscript" or something like that, and probably not the character updated date. So, I believe Ruquia version April 1, 2012 is the version you are looking for, and the latest version. You're Welcome. And, this Ruquia is unedited.

Sidenote: Interestingly, Grayeyes2020 does not have this version, who was responsible for this huge mugenlist.

[ALCOS]

Necrobump: I've added one more request on character section. Please take a look.
