Arranging Palettes

So I have Electro by Loganir (awesome char btw) and I wanted to rearrange the pallettes to my liking. I modify the DEF file, didn't work. I used the change feature for the palettes on the sff, but the palettes still appear in the way Loganir set them. So I'm thinking it might be coded, just wondering if someone could tell how I could arrange my pals.

His character uses the palette keymap. You'll have to open the sff using fighter factory and manually add the palettes you want and alter them from in there. Read up a bit on how its done and check similar posts addressing these issues. You'll be sure to find the answer.
