Well, p2dist X< 0 && enemynear(0), facing = facing

is the first bit. It will check if there is someone behind you, and if the closest opponent has the same facing as you. This can be made fancier but will work 98% of the time.

For backedgedist, that's more up to you. How far does the dash go. Put your limiter into the regular command and tweak it until you are happy with the distance. Ie go into training and put your character where you want to be backdashing from. Set up the triggers to match.

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

how about this?
[State -1, Run Back];backdash
type = ChangeState
triggerall = roundstate=2 && alive
triggerall = var(56)
value = 105
triggerall=!(p2dist X< 0 && (enemynear(0), facing = facing && (enemynear(0),ctrl=1 || enemynear(0),movetype=A)))
triggerall=enemy,numproj<=0||enemy(enemy,teammode=simul),numproj<=0  ;; Players 2 and 4 have no existing projectiles on screen
triggerall=inguarddist && p2statetype=C
triggerall=p2bodydist y = [-50,50]
triggerall=backedgedist>120;
trigger1 = statetype = S
trigger1 = ctrl

I've kinda reordered your code.
So my questions, if I'm reading everything properly will be labled for the triggers by numbers. As in TriggerAll 5 is triggerall=p2bodydist y = [-50,50]

triggerall 2 might give you debug flood in certain instances. I think.
triggerall 4 seems like you limit yourself pretty hard. If the character is out of guard distance you dont want to do the backdash?
triggerall 5 makes it seem like the backdash can be used in the air. Is that possible?
triggerall 6 why would you mind if the backdash is done right next to the wall? if it's 119 pixels away from the wall, why is that terrible? 60 pixels away?
with the triggerall 5 and the trigger1 = statetype S, I dont see the reason for [-50,50]. I dont know of a character that would go 50 pixels under you while youre standing on the ground.
Triggerall 4 also limits the backdash against enemies in the air or standing, no? Are you setting up a second and third AI trigger for Air and Standing enemies?

2.
4. if she out of guard distance i prioritize her to atk

5. that p2bodydist y things for template like air backdash. (taokaka from blazblue for example)
yes it make the character vulnerable when she backdash and reach the edge of stages
basically it make the backdash less effective
yes it is. taokaka has other option like backdash then auto jump then auto diagonal air atk in 1 anim
