Buggy The Clawn - One Piece Char

We bring the Captain Buggy.

This is one of the first villains Luffy faced throughout his adventure. This is a pirate captain who ate the Bara Bara no Mi fruit, meaning "party party", which your entire body can be separated into many parts. This makes it virtually invulnerable to any attack cutting, plus you can "fly" or levitate at some distance from his feet. If parts are far from him, passing to lose control of them. It's a very devil, and very scary, which is an expert in ranged attack and quickly flee all complicated situations. Definitely one of the funniest villains of the entire series.

Personally  I feel he plays very boringly :/ it sucks to cause im a fan of buggy probably the only villain in one piece I actually like. using those 3 buttons you could of done a more fun gameplay this is very dull its not coded badly just its nothing worth using in a fight espescially since you would get your ass handed to you by basically anyone.

You'll fix chuchoryu ? Sounds like a plan. How about you code him from scratch instead ?

Great character man, feels a lot like a mid range zoner.
-BBT input would not work for me.
-If hit during Muggy Dama, cannon will still come out as normal.
-Doing BBS during Tobu Mode would just revert back to normal and leave the seperated legs there.

-The attack A during Tobu could hit as an overhead (something to consider although would not be much use as there are not any lows.)
-BBnM could use some hurtboxes on his head, feet and hands so the move isn't completely invincible.

-The limbs during BBnM, BBH, BBS, and legs during Tobu have no hurtboxes.

-Character select portrait and icon could be smaller. (Do not know if it's my VSav screenpack that is causing it to look huge.)
