Can you implement this correctly?
I'm thinking of replacing the taunt with something that would slow everything down (except the character),
and open up new skills that could only be usable in this mode.

    - timerfreeze

While asserted, keeps the round timer from counting down. Useful

to keep the round from timing over in the middle of a splash

      screen.

Assert this every Xth tick, so the timer moves forward every xth tick instead of moving forward by one tick per game tick.

Basically you want to skip counting every other tick.

This will only make the counter run slower.

i think we should call it an "engine" so we don't look like total idiots because otherwise we'd be arguing about a "game" and that would be somehow "dumber" than arguing about an "engine" on the "internet" for countless hours

I for one, do not enjoy round corners!  :bigcry:
But they hurt much less when we accidentally hit them!  :S

You want to use pause in a state -2

your character should move throughout the pause. p2 should move every second tick. Make use of the time% trigger to achieve this, remember the movetime of p2 should be 1 less than the pause trigger time or you get jerky animation.

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.
