cannot edit Char Academy ichigo

[JoshDraws]

When I tried to edit Inseph's Char Academy Ichigo's cns file and loaded up my mugen build, he starts glitching and it seems to just spam every special effect contain within the character on  screen. Is there a way I can remove this?

Ah, this old trick.

Welp.  Open up cmd.cmd and observe the code you find under statedef -3.  Be mindful not to delete statedef 99999 at the bottom.  It might do something.

When I deleted everything under statedef -3 it makes the background black and disables his movement

I just tested it.  Deleting all of statedef -3 makes the character functional.  Maybe you aren't able to use zoom...but then how do you load the character at all?
