Caracter cmd error

This Black manta error keeps popping up saying Cannot read cmd file ive been researching how tofix this but I don't quite understand def file looks like this:

Do you have the unotag folder & files set up?
BLACK MANTA_unotag  << you should have this folder
BLACK MANTA.cmd   <<then this file in it. Plus the other files defined in the def.
