Well, I see some chars from horror movies comes to MUGEN[Like Jason, Freddy, etc].. But I never see a Carrie based character.

Well, I think is good to show some Ideas for her:

- Carrietta "Carrie" White

Base of spriting: Mature[Specially in CVS incarnation, suggestion by Felo]

Because Carrie is not a "Fighter girl", and act more like Phoenix Wright[But not a Joke character], in UMvC3, i think this moveset is appropriate to her:

Moves[Based of the three incarnations of Carrie movie]:

Punches: *She uses your hand to levitate objects*

LP = Small rock from ground
MP = Medium peace of Iron from ground
HP = A Medium-Big and heavy piece of Pipe

Kicks: *Normal Kicks but...*

LK = Kick with a telekinectic wave of sand
MK = Kick with a telekinéctic wave of sand[More heavy]
HK = She hits the ground and emerges a medium piece of rock

Special Moves:

- Telekinésis IXV: She uses her hands to send a telekinéctic pressure to enemy [LP: in a close distance/ MP: Medium distance / HP: Large distance].
- Chaos: a kick based move, she kicks the air and sends a powerful wave of rocks[The force of kick used, more large is the special]
- Air Telekinésis IXV: The same of normal move, but in Air]
- Innocent Eyes[Sissy Spacek's version based]: She uses her eyes to send a little rain of rocks[A counter-attack]

Super Combos:

- "You will know HER name"[Chloe's version based]: She kicks hardly the ground and create two giant rocks and smash the oponent, like the Thanos super in MvC/MSH

- "Serpentian Revenge"[Chloe's version]: She summons two electro cables and unleashes in enemy

- "MAMA!"[Also named: "Carrie's Inferno"] [Angela Bettis/Original Stephen King's book version based]: A Level 3 and climatic attack. A lot of pigs blood fall in her, and she's going out of control, screaming and unleash a violent apocalypse attack, launching cars, human body, rocks and some of other heavy objects. Literally a instant K.O. to both of players. If enemy defenses in exactly time, Carrie will die. But if Carrie succefully hits the enemy, is game over to him. One time for round.

Special Intros:

Vs. Freddy Kreugger: *Freedy looks to Carrie and laughs.*
Vs. Jean Grey: *Jean tries to enter her mind, but she goes scared*

Quotes:

"Mama... They all laugh at me"
"What I did!?! MAMA!"

I think it could work. I mean, Aiduzzi already achieved this with his Ella, a representation of Sadako/Samara from Ringu/The Ring. So yeah, this idea could totally come true, and mature is a good base for her. Good luck with this, I hope your Carrie idea can see the light someday

I forget to say..

The LVL 3 is a "<333" type... When life are in "danger" state, she can able to uses "Carrie Inferno"..

For "You Know HER Name" hyper, she should to hit the ground with a hard kick like this Urien in Capcom Universe[I used ctrl-l to disable lifebars, to see with more details].

The impact should be a invisible helper/hitdef, the only chance to avoid this is jumping or crouching guard.

After hits, she goes this:

The urien stance to use that hyper is perfectly to Carrie, when she summons the two rocks. The two projectiles will be two large rocks with the names in latin[The victims of "Bloody Prom"].

But those sprites are so FUCKING BEAUTIFUL!!

NEW IDEAS:

* - Taunt: She looks down and cry one tear

* - Voice: If the project gains force, I will rip the voices from one of 3 Carrie movies. Because Carrie don't talk much =P
and I can code some things about supers, and I can find some good FX for her supers and specials.

* - Win Poses :
1 - She puts her hands in head and falls down crying, making a terrific earthquake.
2 - She flips back and go walking
3 - The same with taunt, but she speaks: "Mama. You warned me." [From 2013's version]
4 - The same with ''2'' but she stops and looks back and a gigantic electric pole falls down and explodes everything;

Jejeje im glad that you like it,i put the Crown for like and intro she could be like that with the flowers on her hands and then the pig blodd falls over her, well is just an idea

A wonderful idea. Like you say, Carrie is a really basic char with less details and basic movements, and probably really less sprites. Because she's not have a "Motherf*cking lot moveset with 999+ sprites, and not a fighter girl, she are a good and easy char to make.

Another idea of super. But a level 2.

"The Fury". Based of a another Brian de Palma's masterpiece movie about telekinésis.

The move using the same name title, will be a tag team of Carrie White and the female protagonist of this movie Gillian Bellaver[Ironically the classic Sue Snell, Amy Irving

]

The super will be a Tag. Carrie prepares the "You will know HER name" pose, but if she hits, the scenery goes green and Gillian appears. Carrie paralyzes the enemy, and Gillian uses the "Revenge PsychoKinésis"[The famous mental final blow in Childress, in final scene of this movie].

Invisible helpers with hitdefs attacks simultanely and hitsparks is blood. Like in "The Fury" movie.

One more idea for Carrie:

- Special Intro with Ella: Ella comes from Television and stares Carrie.

- S. Intro with Gouki: Gouki uses Shun Goku Satsu, but the move fails and launches Gouki in the wall.

- S. Intro with Bison/Vega/Dictator: Bison enters with famous psycho aura[SFZ3], Carrie breathes and cause a small earthquake. [Bison is trying to uses her body and power, but Carrie kicks him out her mind]
