Basically what i am trying to do is make a private edit of eli so it will replicate the eli in this video.

But what i need to know is.

What exactly do I have to do so that when i perform a special, I can get the same effect
at 00:47.

Don't know how to explain this one, but how can I make it so when eli is performing a super, he punches faster than usual (1:57 on the video)

for the second one decrease the time for each frame of the animations?

Tried reducing the time, its a little faster, but its not to the speed I want it to be.

I have another issue, say I add an extra animation to a character stance, what should I do so it only activates after the character has finished his intro.
