Character using only default palette during color select

For reference, this is RagingRowen's edit of Ibuki on the 1.0 RC2 build of Ikemen Go.

During the palette select option, Ibuki only shows her default portrait. The palettes show up correctly in-game. Even during random color select, it only displays her default palette.

I think that's due to how the palettes on his Ibuki work. It uses the 1.0 sff for the built-in palette selector.
