[EVILNEON]

Hello guys and gals, I can not find these chars for the life of me. I know DBZ isnt a topic to many people like to talk about when it comes to mugen, due to the over wellming craptacular chars that are out there. Yet for some reason I see people with these chars and I can never find em. Here they are,

1. Gold Oozaru
2. King cold
3. Chi Chi

Now im curently working on some chars, Tarble , Kami(gardian of earth) and nail. These will be my own chars.
