Cheap/tough A.I.

So I am currently seeking characters with very tough A.I's such ass Cheap Boss Type, Mega weapon ryu, soul akuma, dyan silva, hyper broli, master geese, p.o.t.s perfect cell, shin kazuma, death ogre, ryuuken, evil ryu/ken, god orochi etc, but not super ridiculous characters such as rare akuma or omega tom hanks. My favorite thing to do in mugen is use watch mode and see how the toughest characters fair against each other, then ranking them. So basically I'm looking for characters with A.I. that range from beatable but hard, to practically impossible to defeat but not totally impossible. Can anyone suggest similiar characters that are at or around this level of difficulty? What are some of your favorites?

I'm currently testing these out http://www.geocities.jp/onndoxuru/ai.html, hoping to find some tough a.i.'s in there.

I hope to get a little list going to maybe help people who are seeking the same thing.

Just found a really tough bastard by this man: http://www.youtube.com/user/DeUcEoVsPaDeZ; Shaitan and Shin Shaitan. This is exactly what I'm talking about. This guys a destroyer. Shin Shaitan needs a little hp tweaking (i changed his life to 100, and decreased his damage) you can get him at his site; http://deuceovspadez.webs.com/



Welp wasn't expecting him to beat cheap boss type. Shin version might be a bit too strong lol, Shaitan is a nice addition though.

Default Shaitan seems to have found his match in Perfect Weapon MB-02. He can beat Azcal's Ryuuken with relative ease, however.

I actually counted 6 of them which are fine IMO, and some others which are playable (I guess).

MB-02, Reu's stuff, Shaitan (I guess), Cell, Angel Ryu, Sentinel, 7th Heaven Ciel.

And for Shaitan I'm being generous (yes I like MB-02 despite the stuff wrong). I know, I should list Chipp as the author....well, I'm not about to talk about what happened to her (PM me if you really want to know), but I'm not big on her stuff as it's not very fightable. Ciel I believe was like that in the source.

Yeah, it makes Shin Gouki use the same damn combo over and over again, with super priority. Worst of all, the window to escape the combo is so small you'll end up getting crushed each time.
In fact, they transform the "Human style AIs by POTS" act like super tuned up freaking Robots ! THey just suck and don't provide me any fun (but yeah, that's just me liking having fights with strategy).

Cyanide's guide to making AI.

Take the characters cheapest attack
Make it spam
Add guard code and make it do this on 100%
If for some reason it cannot do the cheapest attack, spam a safe combo till it does. If you need to break the rules for this, do so.

There you go. A successfully horrible AI

Id like to compile them to save people having to search all over the place. I would have loved to come across a compilation of cheap chars like this, thats just me though.

You're a good man for that. That's how I roll too.

It's not crap to me, and what harm does it do? Someone dls the chars sees what theyre all about and decides for themselves whether they like it or not.

I would be grateful if you guys could suggest characters that you guys consider to have good a.i. and strategy. I'm a novice at mugen and all I've seen so far that has impressed me are the aforementioned cheap characters. But if you could spare a recommendation or two I would appreciate it a lot.

honestly I really want to learn how to code ai so I can make modifications to my hearts desire. I've been considering putting some time in soon to learn how to code.

Ever since then hr updated them often. But don't just try Shin Gouki, try out M'Bison also.

damn thats tough bastard. Awesome music and stage selection in that video. I'm gonna go try these patches right now. Oh also Im curious, are you brazilian, some of your grammar mistakes remind me of errors brazilian people make, and I would know since I myself am brazilian :)

lol  --; no, im not all that good of a speller in general. I just spell things how they are pronounced and I can't get over that. That day I was very lazy though; spelling that is...

But yeah, once you tried them out, let us see a video of you beating them. There might be a day where I will record myself facing AI Patched Bison/Vega.

Also if you need any suggestions of what music to use for a stage let me know. You also might enjoy my other videos if you like my combination  :D
