Last part took alot longer than expected, but I'm EXCITED to release this!
Added another winpose
Choose your win quote! When you win the battle you can press/hold a direction for him to say something
Added a final Hyper for Cloud! Custom handrawn sprites for this attack, since i'm no artist my process took very long

If you want to update the voices, here are some videos you can take them from:

-also some effects for slashing don't look good.

-The jump attacks use the default hitsounds instead of his hitsounds.
-He shouldn't be invincible (no CLSNs) while charging power or performing his supermoves.
-He disappears for one frame when shooting the blade beam. You should make the blade beam effect transparent.
-The Cross slash attack doesn't knock the enemy down.
-He has 3 standing attacks, 2 crouching attacks, 3 jumping attacks. :???:
-You could have made a single file for the movelist explaining both the special moves, the target combos and the super moves instead of having 2 (one of which is an image and the other a txt file).
-He should stop charging power when at max. By the way, the charging power command is not listed anywhere, it's a+x.
-You really have to adjust the volume for many sound clips.

The fact that your own preview video shows debug flood errors is very concerning.

so he's been updated and fixed some of your main concerns:
-fixed aerial hit sounds to match his set
- recorded edited and added some more sounds to Cloud , now he sounds more menacing
- New FX added!! on the permanently damaged FX (found, edited/animated/indexed/coded)
    (Stand HighSlash, and Climhazard FX)    
- Charge Power (A+X) now has an outstanding animation, (found.)
     
- NEW GRAB!! 
the grab is done like SFIII style now, the NEW command is   Y+B
- fixed an issue with Blade Beams attack keeping opponent in block for too long

- not sure how to get rid of debug flood , its part of Clouds power

the grab is done like SFIII style now, the NEW command is   Y+B

a+x = grab
b+y = universal overhead
c+z = taunt

in SFIII Third Strike.
No Street Fighter game has the grabs mapped to b+y.

The debug flood comes from Shredder-X, not from Cloud.
