VelSet changes the velocity of either x or y when the trigger occurs.
SuperPause (from my knowledge) pauses stuff outside of the fighter itself for the set amount of time. It's mainly mean't for Supers or Hypers which is where the name comes from.
Null is for States that aren't used.
