Common misconceptions in Mugen

I wanted to talk a out some misconceptions some people make in Mugen.
I've seen a good amount of SNK vs Capcom fan games that had characters from games like Breakers on it. Breakers was NOT made by SNK. Yes it's on the Neo Geo, but it was developed by Visco. It's not like ADK that SNK later bought. Same goes for Fighter's History. Mizogichi was in KOF Maximum Impact Regulation A but as a guest, SNK didn't own the rights to Data East's stuff.

Also something about Rage of the Dragons, many sites end listing Billy and Jimmy's surnames as "Lee" instead of Lewis, they are supposed to be the Lee brothers from Double Dragon, but for copyright reasons they were changed to Lewis.

Yeah, that's true, but that's misconception of fighting games in general. Most normie people only know SF, KOF and MK and that's all, for them all the other games were produced by any of these companies (Capcom, SNK or Midway/Netherrealm) or simply don't exist

A real MUGEN misconception can be like "hey, I know MUGEN can be played on any console, why isn't on mine yet?"

Honestly, what has kept me from fully dedicating myself to IKEMEN is the input buffering just being worse than MUGEN's, which is already not too great. It'd be nice to focus on polishing the fundamentals first.

How long ago did you mess with it? There's been a MUGEN-esque input delay option for a long while now.

Oh, I want a diagram. I fucking love diagrams.

Admittedly, I haven't updated my IKEMEN in a few years, so that's worth checking out in that case.
