Screenpacks should work out-of-the-box, usually. Not much need for converting.

Is there a good tutorial for this? I keep getting errors when trying.

Which errors? It's true that debugging screenpacks in IKEMEN is still kind of hard, since most errors point to lua stuff instead of the specific system.def lines and the such.
