dark sonic problem

when i was select dark sonic this gives the error




how to fix this ?

I think that's a problem with the sff?
Is the characte 1.0 or 1.1 or winmugen?
It looks like the palettes are wrong.
Look in the character's folder for .Act files. If they're there, open the character in FF3 and see if the act files will open using advanced palette editor mode.

If there arent any act files, load up the sff in FF3 and look through the palettes. See if there are any errors.
If you dont see any errors, or you dont see any palettes named 1,1 or 1,2. You'll have to make them yourself.
