I had to dig really deep into my memories. I know that Aardvark, but from where?
Then it hit me! I had a comic back in the days!

BTW... His weapon of choice is a sword, not an axe. Even in the TMNT crossover he wields a sword.

Yeah I gave him a sword at first but I thought it'd be redundant with Leonardo and Usagi using swords. I plant on making a TMNT full game and I wanted him to be distinct from the other sword wielders so I went in a Golden Axe direction

Ah, I see.

I personally don't see it that way.
Different weapons (two katanas, a katana and a wakizashi, while Cerebus is using a european short sword) and different sword fighting styles.

Anyway, I really enjoy your sprites of Cerebus. Keep up the great work!

Had to take a crack at Draxum's first design with the armor and facemask. Might use this as an intro or winpose

Draxum has in the show a move where he grabbed some seed pods and squeezed them into claws ala Wolverine.

He never used them, opting to use his lunch lady moveset against Sloppy Joseph instead but it gave me an idea. I'm calling it Devil's Claw after the plant of the same name

Hey guys back with another update ever since the release of Shredder's Revenge I planned on doing a Splinter character using those sprites as a base. I finally got my hands on em and I can begin the overhaul of my Splinter WIP.
First things first I dramatically resized the base sprites so that they'll work for MUGEN, this is the most time consuming part of the process but I finished Splinter's idle animation frames
