Disabling the Uno Tag patch on Characters

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I really like simultaneous mode in mugen and dislike when characters tag out. Is there a way to disable the Uno tag completely? Characters i've download recently seemed to have come with the patch already installed.

I'm unfamiliar with the Uno Tag, but, you may be able to look through the CMD file for the buttons that switch out.
Say if you use Z+C to switch, look for the command for that, then scroll down until you see the changestate for that command. Comment it out and test your results.

You can also use CTRL+D to use Debug to see what Statedef it loads when the switch is activated. That should be the Changestate you need to comment out.

Again, I'm not 100% positive it works like this, but it should.
