DivineWolf's Sagat resprited (Pots style)

Hello all,

After more than a decade away from Mugen, I'm dabbling with it again.

This is my first time editing anything, so bear with me.

I always thought CvS Sagat deserved a new sprite treatment like Ryu, Ken, Chun Li and M.Bison got.
So I decided to give DivineWolf's excellent work a cosmetic makeover with Chuchoryu's sprites.

All the hard work was done by the creators named above.
I only used DW's coding and replaced the sprites, did some palettes and adjusted some hitboxes.

If edits like this are a "not done" in this community, let me know and I will take it down.
Feedback is welcome.

Why do his feet move up and down along y axis during the idle stance. They should be planted on the floor. The y axis for the sprites is misaligned for idle, walking animations and moves.

Hmm.. weird, in Fighter Factory his feet remain on 0 Y axis.. I need to look into that.
