You simply can't find it. It's moleboxed in the DBZ Mugen 2005 by ZGTeam.
Anyway, there's an alternate version, made by Team DBZ OS. (that I have if you can't find it in internet; the .def is called "Nuevo_vegita2")

I guess the best one that uses her SFA outfit is Yaten Kou. I can't find the author's site so I guess she's offline.
