I don't know the name, but I know that's the stage for Yunfei in Samurai Shodown V (not sure if original SSV or SSV Special)

As stated on my request thread, I wasn't sure if there a NES Doraemon or not, but if there is, who made one, and where can I get it? I think it appeared in a video, could anyone link me to it, as I tried to search it with no good result?
