Hey, all. I know MvC Marvel characters are among the most popular but as someone who likes assembling MUGEN builds based on mixed games and nostalgia, I have had almost zero luck finding Spidey and X-Men chars based on some of the older (primarily from thr 16-bit gen) games, even though I see the sprites are out there for several of them. I've contemplated checking out character swapping on FF to try making some myself but doubt I have the acuity and skills for it. So I do want to ask if anyone is aware of any characters (stages would be nice as well but I'm not holding my breath) that may have possibly been made for the following games or if anyone has an inkling of knowledge that anyone may be working on them. The games specifically would be:

X-Men (Gen/SNES)
X-Men 2: Clone Wars
X-Men the Arcade Game
Spider-Man vs. The Kingpin
Spider-Man the Animated Series
Spider-Man: Maximum Carnage
Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety
Spider-Man and the X-Men in Arcade's Revenge

Thanks!

That's odd.
There are several fan games that use and expand upon these sprites with 16-bit graphics.
I'm pretty sure there are also unofficial releases of these characters individually, but as I mentioned earlier, since they aren't "official", I have my doubts about their quality.

I would happily take any of it that was available, lol.

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone happens to remember and know where the artist and origin of this particular sprite comes from, it was from the old Char of the Month banner on Mugen Infantry.

I think I remember finding the origin on DeviantArt? But It's been so long, I've been trying to reverse image search on TinEye, and Yandex but it turned up nothing. Would really appreciate the help ❤️

This is not an actual character AFAIK. I'm not sure who did the sprite itself.
Spoiler (click to show)
The creator of the concept once worked on a Mugen project with a paywall, using 3D prerendered sprites and moveset ripped off from Tekken moves.
Later, he redesigned all his characters, saying this girl looked "too young for that outfit".
He eventually moved away from Mugen/Ikemen and focused on Unity, with a different artistic direction.
As for this specific sprite, it might simply be an old fan‑made sprite, possibly from DeviantArt before the redesign.

That's the name of the creator (I read the spoiler)

Edit: I am looking for a KoF 2003 Kyo I had in my downloads as well, I only remember he had the fireball like in KoF XI but was mostly 2003 accurate otherwise, but he had a custom KoF 2002 win quote screen on the last round. He was an older conversion too, anyone please have any leads on who created this version?

Bump for this, I believe it's by a creator Z-Saber User or Panda but maybe an updated version.

I remember downloading Drowin's Kenshiro from Mugen Archive way way back and he had some differences compared to the version i most commonly see. He had another voiceline for Tenha no Kamae and when the opponent had zero star gauce remaining, he would say his famous "Omae wa mou shindeiru" line when tauting. Anyone know if it's a edit or older version?

I know it is a Capcom VS SNK Ultimate Screenpack but I have searched far and wide and was unable to find anything. Any help would gladly be appreciated!

Been wondering on the origin of this character, Xinke by Nibanibaniha for a while, i wouldn't be surprised if she was a chinese VTuber, but i'm not sure.
