The Mugen Fighters Guild - Dragonball Ultimate Tenkaichi Standard Hero/ Adult Goten?

Okay so random idea..Remember in Ultimate Tenakichi how you can create a character?

Well lets put that into mugen so to speak..

My idea is as follows

Name: Son Goten <-- Adult Version of course
Time Frame: Just before the start of GT..so 10 years after The World Tournament Saga
Age:17
Facial features: Goku
Height: Same as Gohan/Goku
Hairstyle: Bed Hair from Ultimate Tenkaichi
Voice: I'll voice him myself

Heres a sample of how he might sound.. I havent decided yet..

Appearance: Normal Uniform 1 with Standard Hero body type from Ultimate Tenkaichi basically how he was as a kid but with a different hair style and being taller of course

Basically like the above but with blue in place of the yellow concerning color scheme.

Moveset: Various Kaioken attacks <---Taught By Goku, Ultimate Breaker <--combo ending with a point blank blast to the stomach. Meteor Combonation<-- Combo consisting of 7 kicks ending with a aerial Kamehameha , Final Kamehameha. True/Super Kamehameha, Galick Gun, Big Bang Attack, Final Flash, Burning Attack, Buster Cannon,Masenko,Special Beam Cannon,Finish Buster,Big Tree Cannon(I'll basically just say Spirit Gun for this one as an homage to Yu Yu Hakusho) Fierce Combination <---Super Saiyan Future Gohan's Ultimate in Tenkaichi 3, Super Spirit Bomb <--Taught By Goku Obviously... Fight style similar to Mystic Gohan's using quick and strong punches and kicks..... All of these things would have been picked up by Goten over the years training with Goku,Trunks,Vegeta,Piccolo and Gohan With the inclusion of his ability to fuse with Trunks into Gotenks..which Im considering as an attack of some sort....Probably with Super Ghost Kamakaze Attack or Galactic Donuts..

Forms: Base, Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan 2.
Custom Intros: Could be with basically anyone since I'm voicing him XD..
Spirte Style: CvS.. I'm actually hoping for thanewdude07 NeoCide DiePod and CvsTheAbstract to collaborate upon the spriting process.

Gameplay: a=light punch b=light kick c=teleport attacks
x=hard punch y=hard kick z= ki attacks

I of course will be coding everything so that is out of the way. the main thing I need here is a sprite team...I can handle everything else.. I do not have a paypal due to lack of a bank account.. I get all of my paychecks in cash.. But I can do money orders..So I am willing to pay for the spriting process.
