Endpacks?

Where do I unzip an endpack file? Do I attatch the files to the characters themselves, or do they go in a data section?

Well in the character's folders.
Those are probably files for an Ending

Yes put them in the characters folder. Not the chars folder the folder of the character the ending is for. Then you will have to open the .def file for your character and add:

[Arcade]
intro.storyboard=intro.def
ending.storyboard=Goukiending.def

the .def file of the ending. Then all you have to do is find a way to beat all of those lame evil and god characters you downloaded.
