what tools i need to check engine code?
i want to make somes modes for a full game.

You mean the source code? I don't think Elecbyte released it, it is private.

But editing modes in winmugen you can do that in the system.def

But I think you all ready know this.



There is also one other mode that you can enable in mugen that is hidden but I forgot what the mode was called?





I've also heard of people using javascript in mugen to make it do new things. If still nothing works for you google around as always.
